Like your driver files, a complete vehicle file for every vehicle in your fleet is vital to you maintaining efficient and successful operations. SnapSHOT provides you with an easy way to ensure that these vehicle files are always up-to-date, and that no information goes missing.
Vehicle Information:
Record your vehicles' unit number, year, make, and model. Record owner information and transponder number (if applicable).
Vehicle License Plates and Identification Numbers:
Record each of your vehicles license plate numbers and vehicle identification numbers. Get notified when the license plate expiry date is approaching, preventing the operation of vehicles with expired plates.
Vehicle Permits:
Keep track of your vehicles' permits by recording each permit in the vehicle database. Each permit is attached to a single vehicle, and displays the date when the permit expires, and the number of days the permit renewal is overdue (if any). Eliminate problems with expired permits by using SnapSHOT's Notification feature.
Display Features
- Sort the vehicle list in any manner you choose, allowing you to compare vehicles (e.g. which vehicles have specific permits).
- Group vehicles by type (e.g. year, permit type, etc.).
- Filter which vehicles are shown by selecting specific criteria for display.
